This City isn't all what it seems...

Requiem City has it's fair share of troubles. Human Trafficking Vampires, Drug Dealing Goblins and the occasional Werewolf Pimp. The Paranormal Department has it's hands full already but when a Serial Killer starts terrorising the streets, taking body parts from his Paranormal victims, it sends the City into dark times, including Felicia Hart's life.

Felicia Hart has just come back to work, having been demoted to office duties because of a certain incident that killed her partner; A possession killing that she was fully cleared of. She's not taking to menial duties well. Having lost her rank, still in mourning and finding widowed life quite difficult, she makes it her mission to find the Killer and put things right once more.

But when her Faerie friend, Vanian Quill becomes the prime suspect, she is forced to come to terms with those she thought she trusted becoming enemies, and those she thought were enemies, becoming friends. The body count is on the rise and Felicia is adamant in standing by Vanian, but the web of deceit is a sticky one, and she isn't sure what's right anymore.

Unlikely alliances are made and realisations hit her close to home, as Felicia learns that her city is not always what it seems, and neither are it's residents...
